I tried running Linux Lite 2.0 from a USB live session on my Samsung NC10 netbook (which I intend to install on the hard drive, but only after solving the issue I’m opening this thread about).

The only problem I have is that Serbian characters don’t appear when typing in office programs or text editors. I added the appropriate keyboard layout, but the keyboard doesn’t produce the specific characters for my language (Š, Č, Ć, Đ, Ž).

Is there a way to solve this (since I’m pretty new to Linux), or should I try a later version of Linux Lite? (I’m not sure up to which version this laptop would still work.)

I’m already using LL 7.6 on my main PC (which I mostly use as a kind of TV), and since it works perfectly, I decided to try Linux Lite on this old machine (originally designed for Windows XP).

Everything works as it should, except the Serbian Latin keyboard. If anyone has a workaround, please share. Thanks!

Just today, my LL software 4.6, will not allow any software from being downloaded. It worked yesterday. Now I get a "Failed" when trying to download any software such as Belena Etcher. I need to create a USB I.O to load Manjero.
No idea why all software downloads fail in a few seconds?
Please help.

My Dell Latitude E6220 Laptop takes too long to boot up—3.15 minutes, which I think is too long. I unchecked some and then all the applications from 'Session and Startup, ' but there is no difference in boot time, whatsoever.  I have no third-party software installed.

Any helpful suggestions or remedies, please

Estou com problemas com o pulseaudio esta sem som.

One of the most requested features is now within reach, thanks largely to me working with LLM's.

I'm certainly no Python/GTK expert, but I am learning fast. The application when running uses 172mb of memory and the entire applications weighs in at 28kb!

A.I. is mind-blowing. I would like to eventually convert all existing Linux Lite applications to Python/GTK.

Currently testing with Series 6 to Series 7. Once that ticks all the boxes, will move onto testing with Series 7 to Series 8.

Really hoping to make this ready for deployment at the start of Series 8.

Hello everyone! I'm new here and I'm glad to be here.
Im' using LL 6.6 but I want to see and test LL 7.6 in a virtual machine, but I can't install this in my PC.
Platform: LinuxLite 6.6 updated, Hp mini PC 400 G2 with 32 GB Ram, 1 TB NVMe and core i5 6500, VirtualBox 7.2.0, Vm with 2 cpu, 4 GB ram and 120 GB virtual disk.
I can't install, the last screen I got is the image, after this in the VM I can use terminal, some app but the installation freezes. I can install the 7.4 version without problems, same config of the latest version.
   
I need your help. What am I doing wrong? 
PS Please excuse me for my broken english...

Are there any known issues with LL7.4 and Chrome 139?
In the last week I have had an intermittent problem with the rendering of images displayed in Chrome.
If there are no known problems, how can I begin to track down the problem?
