Hey guys! Aldenoa, IT support technician. I picked up my mom’s old laptop a small, not-very-powerful machine that had been sitting in a closet for about four years… honestly, I didn’t even think it would boot up again. But now that I’ve installed Linux Lite on it, the machine has literally come back to life I’m a bit blown away, I have to say. At work, I deal with Windows all day long, so switching to Linux at home is a real change a nice little project, actually. Anyway, I’m glad to be here and curious to see how things work around here before I come back with some more specific questions.
