Thank you for your support Vera :) Your package will be mailed out within the next hour.

1. I have no control over that. As PayPal gets fancier with it's code, it gets slower :(
2. Shipping - thank you for letting me know, I've amended the shipping rate accordingly. What had happened was that NZ Post had increased its charges and I had updated the shipping cost in PayPal, but not in the Shop page. That is now fixed.

We appreciate your feedback, this is how we improve things for everyone :)

Awesome Jerry!! Thanks, it works now! :) I'm glad you reminded me to clear browser cache first also. I placed my order just a few mins ago and I got a receipt via email, so it all went fine. Thank you for taking the time to fix that and to respond personally here. I really appreciate this.

FYI - as a heads-up (NOT a big deal at all), two things: 1. It took a really long time to move to  the paypal screen (browser was just sitting circling on the blue paypal padlock button for awhile before it moved onto the next step) - not an issue, just somewhat slower than I expected to pass on to the next step than most e-commerce sites. But it worked in the end!! That's the important thing!
2. Similarly, NOT an issue for me, but checkout charged me $6 for shipping but was advertised as $5 shipping on your shop site. It may be because I bought 2 badges, but I only wanted to mention to you it in case your checkout confuses someone else who is trying to buy these. So you might want to update the $5 shipping to read $6 shipping on your website (and/or make shipping charges clearer for more than 1 badge if that was the situation). It's still a very fair price for what it is, and I'm also planning making a direct one-time donation at a later point, so rest assured no complaints AT ALL from here, just mentioned this as a heads-up to you in case you get questions from other customers in future.

Thanks again, so excited about the badges  8) . I hope I didn't mess up your e-commerce inventory system with leaving lots of abandoned carts around of 2 badges while I was trying to buy them.

Thanks again for fixing that so quickly!

Using Linux Lite for everything now. I put it on my desktop and my laptop. Woohoo!

According to the web site,
Quote
You don't need a PayPal account. At the Checkout, select Check Out. This will allow you to choose payment by either Debit or Credit Card.

When you click "Add to Cart," a new browser tab opens, the URL is https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr - and it's blank!  Perhaps the "add to cart" button is "broken?"

Hi, have I been doing something wrong, or is this a general issue? I have been trying to purchase 2 LinuxLite case badges, but when I try to add to cart, it then directs me to what seems to be the paypal website in a new window, but the problem is that the web page is blank.  :-\ I've tried from my laptop, desktop and cellphone and the same issue persists (wow, I must be really eager to purchase the badges!)

1. Is this a general known issue? It happens at the point that items are added to cart, before any payment info is asked for.
2. Have I been doing the steps correctly? I went to this page: https://www.linuxliteos.com/shop.html and selected 2 case badges and clicked on the blue "Add to cart" button. That's when I get the new window and blank screen. If I have been doing it wrong, please tell me.

It seems this issue is specific to stickers/badges. If I test out the process with a T-shirt or coffee mug instead, it seems to direct properly to an online store.

Thanks so much for any info anyone can provide.  :)

Vera
