Dell B1165nfw

I am unable to install this printer driver. I have the package from Dell's website but can't get it to install. Executing the installation script opens a terminal window which asks me for my password. Once I enter it and hit ENTER, the window closes after a second or two. Note that the Dell software package is from 2013. Anyone have any insights on how to do this? I am new to Linux Lite, and Linux in general. Thanks in advance.

Make sure you're in the Linux folder of the extracted file.
Open a Terminal in that folder and do:

Code:
sudo ./install.sh

I tried that but no joy.

I did  find a solution: Linux Mint. It found and set up the printer during installation of the OS without any input from me.
