Recently replaced Windows 10 (64-bit)
Using Linux Lite 4.4, release 18.04 (64-bit)
I have to be basically within arms reach of wireless AP for connection.
I have connected to multiple wireless networks with the same results.
Wireless NIC: Realtek 8723BE
No hardware changes from factory, except for storage device switched to SSD.

I must've clicked and dragged by mistake because now my Documents folder is inside my Downloads folder. When I drag the folder to the side pane, it simply creates a link there to the /home/kris/Downloads/Documents folder. How do I get it back the way it was (not as a subdirectory)?

Ubuntu LTS 18.04.3 includes kernel 5 by default. Why isn't it present by default in Linux Lite 4.6 if it is based on that version of Ubuntu?

Hello,
I use Linux Lite for years and I'm pretty satisfied with the performace, quality and lightness of this particular distribution.
Currently, I use LL 3.8 because I had bugs with nVidia support in LL 4+ (The start time of the OS was pretty sluggish. It took some minutes before I can reach the desktop. LL 3.8 does this in like 10s or so. Also, when I updated the nVidia driver and restarted, the OS never started again.). I believe both of the cases were caused by the nVidia driver, but I can't be sure.
I am pretty satisfied with LL 3.8 and its performance, but sadly it lacks HiDPi support. At 3200x1800 it is hardly managable to work with.
So, my questions are:
- Is the bug with nVidia GPUs fixed now?
- Does LL 4+ scale good with QHD+ (3200x1800) displays?
Thanks in advance and I'd appreciate any input.

Ok boys here is a Question for the one know how the linux lite works.I talk to some one two days ago and he told me there is no problem to update 3.8 to ubuntu 18.4 bionic
I like to know if this is easy to do it OR not going to work.Many roomers around , but because LL is based to ubuntu,theysay it is easy to get updated to ubuntu.Thanks

xfce4-cpufreq-plugin ha sido añadido como una opción a la bandeja. Selecciónalo haciendo clic con el botón derecho del ratón en la barra de tareas > Panel > Agregar nuevos elementos > Monitor de frecuencia de CPU. Haz clic con el botón derecho del ratón sobre él y posicionalo donde desees.
Nuevos fondos de pantalla.
Actualizado el tema de iconos de Papirus a la última versión.

Actualización
> Menú, Favoritos, Instalar actualizaciones (debes reiniciar si el sistema te lo solicita, de lo contrario, continúa con el siguiente paso).
> Establecer un punto de restauración - Menú, Sistema, Timeshift

> Reiniciar
¿Tienes problemas con la actualización? Lo primero que hay que hacer es abrir una terminal y asegurarse de tener la última versión de Lite Upgrade.

I'm using a 2.4G wireless mouse (VicTsing model D-09). When I scroll fast the screen "bounces" back and forth and scrolls in a choppy manner. If I scroll very slowly it does not do this, or at least not as bad.
Anybody ever have this issue?

Hello,
Just a warning if one is installing Lite 3.8 32bits...
Don't do an update after installing because then the audio
of the computer will start working very faulty... sometimes
even not...
This is only a warning for people using the 3.8 version.
For the rest... 3.8 is very good and very fast...
I still use it...
