I got what I needed by installing Powershell to Linux Lite via this link:

Do you know if/how I can run a windows container using Docker on a Linux host? I use Linux Lite 6.6 as my OS, and I'd like to run a scaled down Windows OS (maybe a core or nano version) so that I can test some things that need to run in powershell.
