I don't recognize all of these labels for these files- that's ok.  can I assume  though that these are all of the third party  PPA's  that I installed . Reason I'm asking is I'm old and don't remember - that is why  I asked to begin with .  Thanks torreydale  - I'm pretty sure you solved this for me.

If you can access that drive, use file manager and go to "/etc/apt/sources.list"

At the moment I cannot access my sda1 where LL is installed. In order to not have a long drawn out explanation ;  I can view files and folders from a live disk  of LL.  could someone just inform me where I can view a list of  all PPA's installed  in SDA1 from a live disk of LL . I just want to take a screenshot of all PPA's on SDA1  for a new install.   thanks
