Thanks for your response. I did try that from the developer and I also reported the bug. I am using HP w2338h
desktop and the Hulu works well with Epiphany and Firefox. I like the English mysteries to watch before I retire for the night. I don`t really like Chrome all that much either except that Firefox tends to freeze often on certain sites and the quality of some videos is not always the best. Obviously it is a problem I can live with since I have alternatives and I thank you again for you suggestions. I might take a look at popcorn. Regards.

Run google-chrome or opera-developer from terminal.
It will hopefully throw error messages when flash crashes,

I don't do Chrome except on my Acer CHromebook (default setup) and I quit Hulu after they stopped supporting Hulu Desktop.

Which I used to run in my EEEPC netbooks using AntiX Linux. So I cannot really comment anymore on Hulu use.
I have moved on to Popcorn Time instead.

This is probably not a Linux Light problem though I thought I would throw it out in case somebody could help.
On chromium based browsers such as opera or Google Chrome, hulu and some lectures I have to watch, crash and completely shut off the computer approx thirty minutes into viewing. I must maintain two adobe brands as Firefox uses 11.2.202.468 and Google and Opera use adobe 18. This does not happen on Firefox only on the Chromium based browsers.  Thanks in advance to anyone who has any ideas how to fix this.
