additionally you can post the output of

It may be that the driver needs updated...
You can also try "Install Drivers" from the menu. Under the additional drivers tab, there may be another driver listed for the card.

As for the blinking it's probably just the activity being represented.

The forum will need more information for this.  The make and model number of your computer would be a good start.  And by indicator, are you talking about the indicator in your panel, or a light on your computer?

The light on my laptop. I know this is easily done as I have done it on a previous distro but am I am not sure of how to do it on this distro.

Hello. I would like to figure out how to keep my Wi-Fi indicator from blinking. How would I do this?
