USB Bluetooth 5.0 not appear on Linux Lite 5.8

There seem to be several unbranded/generic variations using the Cambridge Silicon Radio vendor ID and there are many reports of problems trying to get them to work in Linux.

https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60824#c243It seems that kernel patches were produced that attempted to fix some of the problems (up to Bluetooth V4.0) but there is a suggestion that Bluetooth 5 clones introduced more variation and may not work.

Is it possible to research and find a genuine branded device which is guaranteed Linux compatible ?
