Internet Problem through usb tethering

Using the network indicator in the bottom right of the panel, consider unchecking Enable Networking and then checking Enable Networking as a way to restart networking.

i am using internet via my android using usb tethering ,the problem is when its disconnected and trying to reconnect again there is no internet acces it notifies network connected but when opening browser it shows not connected to internet,after restarts its provides internet
 anyone please help iam new to linuxx..
