hidden wifi on old iMac works in LXLE but not liteos

Ta rokytnji, my live LXLE didn't have it installed but LiteOS did. Result was:

'System profiler and benchmarks' in LXLE lists etho, lo and Wlan0 in 'Interfaces' where as in LiteOS it doesn't list Wlan0.

What kernel version does the other linux OS use, and what are the specs of the older imac?

Ive two iMacs. The newer one is easy to set up wifi under Liteos (has hidden wifi option) but Liteos on my older imac doesn't have this setting.

I just thought its probably older wifi so doesn't get detected...but if I run LXLE on the older iMac the hidden wifi option appears...and sets it up easily.

Can I find out what apts or extras are in LXLE that I can install in Liteos to make this work?
