btw can you pls. point me to dual boot instructions ? planning on Linux lite and remix os on same hard drive ...

thanks
Do a quick search for dual boot and grub from the main forum... LOTS of info out there and some gotchas..
Know that LL grub likes to be the main grub in charge of booting, easiest is to install LL last but not bad deal to fix :).. Even with a system triple booting running Windows, LL 2.8 and LL3.0..
I'll need to check my notes but I believe placing each OS's grub on its associated partition (sdx) vs. the boot partition. Then updating LL grub to see the other OS's is the preferred method...

Some info in the help manual https://www.linuxliteos.com/manual/hardware.html#dualboot but a search will give great info...

Another thought for Remix OS - Have you tried in a VM? you can install VirtualBox from Lite Software and run Remix from a VM..
I plan to do this with remix, once I find time currently I still play with with it on a liveusb...

Additionally, you may want to create new posts for new topics - more folks may likely chime in on a new thread and corresponding subject..
BTW, Welcome to the group!!!   ;D ;D 8) ;D ;D if I haven't greeted you yet

today I will try Netflix on opera , will see ... browsing internet is shaky 80 ~ 100% cpu most the time ... if I find an old used cheap ssd (40gb or less) I try to stick in just for fun !
I really start to like Linux !

Have you installed Restricted Extras using Lite Software?  Menu > System > Lite Software.

Or have you seen this?

You may have to install the Opera browser.  Google Chrome is no longer supported on 32-bit Linux operating systems.

Looks like you've got the memory maxed out at 2GB.  With a 1.67GHz single core processor, you may be limited by your hardware to viewing YouTube in a browser.

Consider installing Minitube using Install/Remove Software.  Menu > System > Install/Remove Software.  Minitube is a YouTube desktop client.  You should be able to view YouTube videos in full screen on your hardware without the jitter you're experiencing with Firefox.
