Hey Marco if you could copy and paste what is written inside that log It will help us to understand the error you're getting here. As far as we can tell it just says to look at that file to find out what the problem.

and its on your computer.

However if that's what in that file it could be you have another process in use.
eg. If your using a program that is doing something that requires you to put in your password lets say, you'll need to let that finish and exit before doing updates or any other thing that requires your password.
