Different grub between series 3.xx and 4.xx. You have to update manually. Be careful with boot options as well. Larger set of tools for 4.xx series. Some don't work on 3.xx kernels.

Just a minor issue - I used the Kernel installer in Lite Tweaks to add a 3.16 kernel to my machine.

Noticed that after reboot it did not present grub menu - just booted to 4.xx as before.

Easy enough to fix but I wonder if there is an omission in the installer script?

Other than that so far really liking what's been done to LL in the last few years - 3.8 is really nice.
