i believe 2.8 + 3.0 have the same MINIMUM RECOMMENDED SPECIFICATIONS
am i wrong?
i am trying to load LL 3.0 by usb stick using win32diskimager

that's how i got 2.8 onto the pc...
help?

The specs for 2.8 are located in the LL 2.8 Welcome Screen.
Menu > Settings > Linux Lite Welcome > Hardware Recommendations
