Or it could be that it had something with saved sessions. I've cleared them before last restarting the system, before it turned out to be fixed. I remember, just before problem first appeared, I accidentally removed USB flash device, just before and during the system starting, it might had something to do with that action.

Those startup issues, I've set them accidentally. And graphics problems, it had to have something with screen locker, as you proposed. Previous day's I was unchecking options for screen locking, but there was one left, I've just found it. nice.

All data is on one partition, together with system files. If I try to reinstall the system, will it delete all other date, other than system files?

It could be that somebody is hacking and disturbing my system. How can I protect myself?

It is more complex problem from day 2. On startup certain applications are started automatically, like thunar (files are opened) and Thunderbird email client. On status bar I can not see opened applications and can not switch between windows. On opened application window, there is no x button to close window, only way is to go through files meni and quit option. Graphics is totally not working. I can work in one open application window (for example I can open new tabs in Google chrome, but can not switch between other applications.

I do not know how to copy paste words in android software I am using now, so I am attaching doc file with copied info obtained by given command. I did not find option to update display driver (other option than default one for updating all drivers).

You may want check the following...
This is under the assumption the menu and applications are still accessible. Since you mentioned being able to access folders etc..
1) Menu - Install drivers see if there are any additional drivers for the video card.
2) Disable light locker (type light locker from menu)
3) Disable lightdm
Searching the forums - some info links:
https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/start-up-and-shutdown/black-screen-with-mouspointer/msg18805/#msg18805
https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/installing-linux-lite/now-get-partial-black-screen-after-log-on-and-welcome-screen-recently-upgraded/msg17764/#msg17764
If driver related it maybe helpful to post the output of:
Code:
[Select]
inxi -Fxz
after pasting results; highlight the results and use the code tag (# button above)
