Updates can not be installed - 400 Bad Request

While trying to install Linux lite updates a message displays  that says "could not fetch the package cache information lists". Please assist me in resolving the issue. I would be thankful.

Unfortunatly those posters did not engage in the process of attempting to fix.
Can you report how your system connects to the internet and what steps you have already tried ?
