LL 3.8 end of life/support
#1
Hi everyone! hope you're all having a nice life and a wondeful-healthy 2020! Smile

I was wondering, when does support for LL 3.8 end? Xenial EOL is on April 2021, however, according to this https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases extended support is up to 2024, so ... 2021 or 2024?
Without each others help there ain't no hope for us Smile

Hmmm ... Thank you [member=5414]firenice03[/member] That means LL team will not support LL 3.8 beyond that date, April 2021? but Ubuntu support will continue up to 2024? So, it might safe to continue using 3.8 after 2021? I know it's a bunch of questions and sorry for that but I was talking to a friend who'd like to install LL 3.8 on some 32 machines and she asked me about that.

2024 is ESM (Extended Security Maintenance) support, you have to pay for it to Canonical.
