Right click Thunar Change Permissions, Change Owner

There will need to be additional dialogues like, change recursively etc. Just brainstroming here.

This is nice; I like it! But we really need to ask how often do users need to "Change permissions" for files and folders to have it there in a contextual menu. Even I use more often a print option:

How about considering adding a print contextual menu option for files then?

It's more an issue of offering an easy way to do this task, than frequency. People who are new to linux have no idea about how to change perms, owner. They need a convenient way to do this.
