E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct

ok.. while trying to install Chrome.. I did my system updates and now Im getting the message

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.

And not sure where to go from here.. I am a new user of LL.. and quite lost.

Hi Chris, you can only run one software installer at a time. Open a terminal and do:

Code:
sudo dpkg --configure -a

this should fix it.
