With the release of LL 8.0, the Shift+Ctrl+Escape keyboard shortcut doesn't work. The System Monitor application in LL 8.0 is now called Lite-System Monitor, so the Command to fix the shortcut has to be changed from /usr/bin/system-monitoring-center to lite-system-monitor.
