Haven't had chance to do much testing. Had a lot of work related problems.
Once I've tested the basics, my idea was to revert to the 6.6 clean image, install further complications (PPAs etc) and then re-download the deb file and re-test the series to series.

My desktop preferences transferred ok. You may be aware of a problem related to using imgur for UK users.
Since September 30 2025 imgur have geo-blocked access for UK IP addresses. Any images hosted by imgur are replaced with a banner stating.

"content not viewable in your region"

This action is apparently related to the Online Safety Act coming into force in the UK.
Whilst there are workarounds, this means any Linux Lite forum users with UK addresses are unable to view imgur hosted images.

This obviously compromises reading the forum and posting new screenshots using the guidelines doesn't work.
