How to restore removed taskbar panel?

Hi, i accidentally deleted taskbar panel, and right now i don't know how to restore it back!, i tried with control panel to open panel, but i receive error:

Right click on desk top
Select 'Open Terminal Here'
In the terminal, type
Code:
lite-tweaks
followed by return
In the Lite Tweaks window, scroll down and check 'Taskbar Restore' then click 'Begin'
