Jerry, I'm testing everything before sending it to master. I don't commit to master just because, specially when the code goes to master there should be some testing previously done... although I cannot be perfect I do try really hard to make it as such.

Just go for a smoke or a beer; don't get frustrated. I have to test as much if not more as the code is implemented. Every function, command and script is tested by separate to ensure its functionality so my load is quite heavy too. It is what we do after all :)

I think I figured out the problem.... Leave it alone. I will handle this bastard and will let you know when it is ready.  ;)

You're right. It isn't working as expected. Let's stop this madness now I'll pos back once I'm able to verify that the settings are being applied. This is a simple fix but I need to recode it.

I'm gonna push a new commit to master addressing the 2 known issues (WINSNAP and EXEBASHSCR) they have both been corrected and improved. These settings are also going to /etc/skel so that new accounts do take these defaults as well now.

Please, run tests on your own to see if you can spot another issue. I haven't been able to.

Im gonna push to master some additional checks to correct the issue of a missing / etc /llver...

The installer will allow users with no /etc/llver to run the upgrade initially instead of saying they "have the latest release". Then after user authentication on the main window, lite-upgrade will check if / etc / llver exist AND if it doesn't exist it will create it from the content in / etc/ issue.

This will correct the glitch we have with the missing /etc/llver file and the patch will not longer be a necessity as in:

Are we ready to release an update for lite-upgrade then? It should resolve the issue for those attempting to upgrade with no / etc/llver file. There has been a couple posts in the board about this issue.
