lite-upgrade is broken
#1

I just noticed that lite-upgrade is completely broken. I also know the reasons why it doesn't work but I have to sit and fix it so an update is released asap. It happens that setting the correct permissions in /etc/skel broke lite-upgrade because it tries to perform actions in that folder for which it has no permissions as a regular user.

So yeah, we have to put this code in line with what we have already in place.

I've downloaded LL 3.0 to conduct upgrade tests. I'll try to have a fix within the next hours or tomorrow.

I've committed an update to master addressing the issues. In the process, I also updated all dialogs as well as its icons.

I'll come back to lite-upgrade with more time to polish it further. There are few things there that I would like to share with you to look at and improve wherever possible. For now, it is fixed and functional again plus has a fresher look all around which is a good start.

I tested upgrading from LL 3.0 to 3.2 in x32 and x64 VMs. You may want to give it a spin too regardless.
