Hi Jerry,

What's the big deal with Linux Lite Menu? I have tried to reset the Whisker menu and I made it worst as you can imagine. I refuse to accept that users MUST reinstall the entire OS to restore this menu to its defaults and I would like to hear from you if we could somehow create a Lite Tweak option that would at least reinstall the Whisker menu as it originally ships with LL.

I've search the forum and to my surprise the only "solution" available is to reinstall the operating system; which is in my opinion an overkill task to reset a menu!

What's are the chances for us to recreate the Whisker menu with a Tweak?

Never mind, I'll work it out.

Some of the items are renamed via their respective .desktop files eg. Leafpad - Text Editor. There are other manual entries in there as well.

This is something I'm aiming to eliminate in Series 4.x where everything will have a .desktop file.
