Before I buy a laptop, I check every spec, that way you can't blame Linux if your computer doesn't function the way you expect it to

Picked up a Lenovo B50-30 with 2GB memory today for 100 euro. Installed my samsung evo 850 SSD and installed LL3.0 on it. Running fine. Only need to get myself bit more memory for the laptop.

How can i find out if the memory i need is ddr3 or ddr3l? Also a bit confused about the speed, some sites say 1333mhz and others say 1600mhz.

Hi,
It takes DDR3-L, 8GB Max of Low power 1.35V vs standard 1.5V A quick Google finds this... It is picky over Memory this appears to work if you read this If you have 2GB, then get another 2GB for 4GB, or replace the existing 2GB with 2 X 4GB for 8GB GL

It should still be the same memory...
Crucial Memory or Kingston Memory Probably find it on Amazon.??
