Linux Lite Kernel
@ Duckeenie

Have you try

sudo /sbin/rcvboxdrv setup

Reply
From my notes:
"Whenever you change Host Kernel, do:
Code:
sudo apt-get install linux-headers-$(uname -r)
sudo apt-get remove virtualbox-dkms
sudo apt-get install virtualbox-dkms

This forces Vbox kernel modules to re-compile, apparently?

I have yet to change the kernel on my main PC with VBox.
But googling shows this to be a common suggestion after kernel updates.

I wanted to help and try your experimental kernel 3.15.0, so I uninstalled my upgraded 4.12 kernel and restored to original 3.13.0-66-generic.  I then proceeded to copy your code into terminal and was unsuccessful?  However, XFCE has already been upgraded to 4.12 if that matters.  See terminal results below and thanks in advance!  Tom

kiqox9250@kiqox9250-Insp-660s:~$ sudo apt-get install linux-headers-linuxlite-3.15.0 linux-image-linuxlite-3.15.0 -y

Even after a reboot?
Also, what is the output of:

Code:
dpkg --list | grep linux-image
