If you look what you typed before the '|' character, it shows you ran the same command (update) both times.
Recheck what you typed for the second command. It should be an 'upgrade' command.
However, having seen some other reports and doing some testing it may be a case that trying a different repository other than Main USA may work.

Click Menu, then 'Help Manual' to open your copy
Click Contents, then Software
Scroll down a little to 'Software Updates by Country' and click on the word Repository.
Follow the instructions there
