As I said, your /boot partition is unnecessary and too small. Reinstall. There's no need for a separate boot or home partition. Whoever gave you that advice, has left you in this predicament. You can thank them later with a pie to the face. People mean well, it doesn't mean they are smart enough to give you flawless advice.
