There's no 'source code' for an OS. Your best bet is to build the OS making sure to hang on to the theming and most of the programs. You would of course substitute some, eg. replace Thunderbird with a lighter application with equal functionality. It still has to look and feel like LL. Will watch with interest and can help with direction. Start with the core, add the lighter apps that we provide, then the main apps, keep LibreOffice, VLC, Gparted etc. If it's good enough, will certainly consider it as an official version of LL Wink
