I imagine I'm not unique in this respect, and don't blame anyone for this, but suspect it's a function of forum community size, i.e. the larger a forum community then the more likely (or quickly) you are to be responded to.

I don't know if I would label not getting help as a criticism. People give their time freely here so to then label them criticized is a little unfair. A fine wine takes time.
