Wow, you have lots of trouble with your post. what about adding 1 problem per post next time.. anyway .. i will try to answer any problem i know :
sure .. this one is a little bit tricky for new users .. but you can do it...
1-open terminal (or search in the box in the menu)
2- PotPlayer isn't available for Linux ... if you love it badly I would recommend installing a program called WINE from the lite software (search for it in the menu ) (wine allows you to play some apps from windows)
3-uninstall VLC by copying the following in the terminal
3-1-(sudo apt-get purge vlc) (with no brackets) (restart required)
3-2- (apt-get remove vlc-nox)
linux isn't called Linux if you have a customization and you cant make it
I will post a link to a tutorial made by the creator himself to help you with this task
https://www.linuxliteos.com/manual/custo...ouse_theme
yes, there is SYSTEMBACKUP that comes default with linuxlite ... I didn't use it yet but I already googled it for you 8) 8)
https://linoxide.com/linux-how-to/system...up-system/
OK, that's all I know for now ... I want to welcome you and I want to congrat you on your first post ... my first post was way too worse and complicated than yours ... I expect you to be an expert soon.
(11-09-2017, 12:07 PM)LinuxTest link Wrote: 2. In win 7 I am using autohotkey for some keyboard shortcuts.sure ..type KEYBOARD in the search in the menu ... an app should run with keyboard shortcut section ...
I see Linux has a built-in option for some shortcuts but I can not set what i want.
I want to set:
- key "end" as a mute key
- key "pgdn" as "volume down"
- "pgup" as "volume up"
Linux does not allow that " cant bind that because you can not use keyboard to type " ( some message like that )
Is there any way to achieve that? Some program similar to AutoHotkey or a way to change it in Linux itself?
