Thank you gold_finger. Moderators have that option. Unless you are comfortable with deleting registered members that appear on that page, you don't have to do anything. I usually look at their profile in another tab and look for tell tale signs that it is either a legitimate registration or a bot. If it is illegitimate, I delete them. If I deem them legitimate, I approve them.
