1. I have no control over that. As PayPal gets fancier with it's code, it gets slower
2. Shipping - thank you for letting me know, I've amended the shipping rate accordingly. What had happened was that NZ Post had increased its charges and I had updated the shipping cost in PayPal, but not in the Shop page. That is now fixed.
