As Torreydale suggestion I managed to load 2.6 and try to boot in to the live session which worked. I then proceeded to install the OS which just kinda stalled and when no were
I really think is had to do with over heating the system because it booted to the live session only when the machine was cold, Once it gets hot it doesn't what to boot anything including a live session
I do have a cooling plate I'll have to use it along with cleaning the system out
