Automatic Upgrades in Series 3.x
#7
Thanks Jerry.

Just a bit more clarification why I asked if we could choose when the upgrade happens, a couple of people I helped convert to LL have very limited internet usage, they're pensioners on mobile broadband with very low data usage per month, in a couple of instances only about 1GB with the plans they're on.
If they go over this amount they get their speed throttled & despite Telstra insisting everything still works just slower, in reality that's not the case as it makes their internet practically unusable & when it's like that updating and upgrading are better off being left until their plans renew for the next month & they get full speed again.

As it'll most likely be me that helps with any issues I just need to clarify something I'm not 100% sure about.
If I remove the Lite Upgrade series 3 via synaptic can I still do the upgrades at a convenient time via the Terminal?
