To be honest, we haven't had many questions on this. I assume charging would work. Depending on the Gen. of the device, you can install iDevices Manager from Lite Software. More info here - http://www.gtkpod.org/wiki/Home We'd need to know exactly what device you have and what model. The more detail ofc, the better.
