Looks like the issue is Spotify. Not installed properly or having no key to the repository.

Correct fix is:

Open a Terminal do:

Code:
wget http://repository-origin.spotify.com/pool/non-free/s/spotify-client/spotify-client_1.1.10.546.ge08ef575-19_amd64.deb

then:

Code:
sudo dpkg -i spotify-client_1.1.10.546.ge08ef575-19_amd64.deb

had exactly same public key error in my update log. Been too lazy to fix it, but today I (finally) went to LL support forum and Jerry's fix worked. before I even asked how to fix it.
