This is almost certainly a result of the mistaken attempt to install then uninstall Enlightenment earlier https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/insta...in-taskbar. I have lost the LL login screen and now have an XFCE (I think) login showing my desktop wallpaper and the square box for username & passwd. Using the lite tweaks to restore the boot splash doesn't work (but no error). And the upgrade to 2.6 displayed the following error: "There was an error while seting [sic] lite-welcome to autostart on first boot ". Otherwise I think the upgrade process succeeded, and CC shows OS as LL version 2.6.

Hello!
One word. Reinstall. LL does NOT 'play nice' with any other desktop environments.
