Remove the Deepin PPA, not compatible. See - https://www.linuxliteos.com/manual/software.html#ppa

thanks that did the trick, is there a way to lock the desktop icons. also could you guys try to allow support for different app centres as some expansion cards i have would benefit from a tool that other distros have.
