After installed, and restart the desktop/panels not showing only wallpaper

Hey, i've just successfully install linux lite on my laptop. But after i restarted and login into the system, it only showing wallpaper and i can't even open anything even terminal, how do i solve this? Thanks

Have you tried a lower resolution, the items may be off screen.

How to do that ? The only thing i can do is to moving my mouse

Some laptops, have a button to "emulate" right-click; it is often between the right Alt key and right Ctrl key, it has some icon resembling a sheet or something. See if yours has it and try that.
