Status page revamp

We've updated our Status page with a more modern, informative look and feel and changed the URL - https://www.linuxliteos.com/status.html

Have put a more comprehensive one in place that has a history bar. If you mouse over any of the vertical green or blue bars, you can see the date and time. I can also add Outage and Maintenance notices to the top section - https://status.linuxliteos.com/status/services
