@newtusmaximus, looks like those drivers were dropped in 16.04 You can get the driver from here - http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1694350 and install it after you've installed 3.0 Better still, I would try this first - look in /lib/firmware in 2.8 and copy the following highlighted files (all starting with 'isl') to a USB:Then copy them into your installed 3.0 in /lib/firmware, and reboot (make sure the files are owned by root).That should work
