I could check to see what is already installed in 3.0 and what I would need to install. I have an old list that I haven't updated recently. I could keep opening the menu to all then add to compare to list but of course the menu would keep closing. There should be an easier way.

@Coastie, 3.19 Kernel on 2.8 is supported until August, the rest of the 2.8 system is supported for the usual lifespan of an LTS, 5 years from the initial 14.04 release. Then in August 2016 you can upgrade to the Xenial HWE and get continued support for the lifespan of the LTS
