Lost Simple Scan Option - Canonscan LIDE 210

  • CPU: Intel Core duo 6300 1.86GHz

  • VIDEO CARD: Intel 82Q963/Q965
  • Kernel: 5.x
Have been using simple scan without any problems - However this option no longer starts when clicked -
Xsane is still working - but prefer simple scan for ease of use multipage documents etc
This has just happened- Have reloaded SANE and Simple Scan just in case.

Any ideas please.  Tks
