Don't know what to tell you. Gimp and Imagemagic can both be used for morphing images. There are also ASCII image converter/morphers for video and GIF.

No,thats not it. I'm not up on all the feature names. It may have been an App or a widget or some other name.
Your wallpaper photos would cycle through the desktop and each time the same photo was shown it would be very different. As if each "filter" in GNU was added to the same photo one at a time as it came around again in the wallpaper folder.
It's hard to describe but I sure do miss it.

Open a terminal and type:      xmorph -help
Should take you to the help menu if it is installed.

I had set up on one of my LL computers with a feature that morphed the wallpaper images into some really neat images as they scrolled through all of the images in my wallpapers. I somehow managed to turn that feature off and cannot remember where it was located or if this feature was a software?
