Go to Menu-Settings-Keyboard
when the dialog appears click on the layout tab and then add at the bottom.
If you scroll to Belgian and click on the arrow > there's 6 different keyboard layouts.

Not sure which one would work for you, probably needs some trial an error on your part.

I assume this is a software issue

Regular keys seem to work. Even AZERTY

But the 'at' key for e=mails doesn't work. And as you can tell e=mail also malfunctions

And there's other like exclamation mark


Dutch is available, but only Netherlands Dutch, which uses a  completly different layout (QWERTY for starters)

Not Belgian Dutch
