I sorry to be such a dope, but as a Linux Lite newbie I was looking around in the File Manager at /bin/ files and I accidentally set the "Open With" application for files of type "shared library" to 'Advanced Network Configuration' and then, whilst trying to fix that, I added 'Mousepad' as an alternative option, for good measure! Doh!
Specifically I did this to the 'sane-find-scanner' shared library (because I was trying to find the answer to my earlier query about letting my N/W scanner be 'seen' through the firewall), but now this stupid setting is being applied to ALL files of the "shared library" type...
I am sure this cannot be a good idea, but I have NO IDEA how to reset this to default. Could somebody out there please come to my rescue and tell me how to put this back to default?
Apologies, once more... ::)
